As you know by now, I am Sue's husband and business partner. I complement Sue's skills with a strong background in information technology and investment banking. Along with the people skills that come with being a counsellor and communication specialist, I have knowledge of real estate legislation and practice that is up to date.

It is also worth noting for anyone considering buying an older property that you may well need specialist help in assessing what you are taking on. In this case we looked at the electrical systems.
